Stockholm Reparationsvarv is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who wants to develop in a varied and responsible role close to production, customers, and project management. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow into the project manager role by gradually taking on responsibility for specific parts of our projects. You work closely with the project manager while independently managing your area of responsibility – from planning and coordination to monitoring finances, schedules, and execution. About Us Stockholm Reparationsvarv (SRVAB) specializes in repair, maintenance, and reconstruction of vessels. Our clients include both civilian shipping companies and government entities such as the Swedish Armed Forces and FMV. On Beckholmen – in the heart of Stockholm – we combine traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology, with high standards for quality, safety, and sustainability. Your Role As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be an important link between project management and production. You will, among other things: · plan, coordinate, and follow up on parts of our projects · coordinate resources and activities together with production · monitor costs and prepare materials for forecasts · maintain ongoing contact with production, procurement, and customers · identify risks and contribute to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with the right quality · gradually take on greater responsibility and authority as you develop Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with a technical background and relevant work experience who wants to develop further in project management. You are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy having many points of contact. To succeed in this role, we believe you enjoy taking responsibility, making things happen, and collaborating with others. You also need an interest in finance and follow-up – and above all, a desire to learn and develop. We'd like to see that you have: · Technical education or similar · Interest in ships, marine systems, or the shipyard industry · Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English · Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and drive things forward · Class B driver's license · Experience from maritime, shipping, shipyards, or defense-related activities is a merit – but not a requirement.
