We're looking for you to join our happy team and work in our two stores in Stockholm. You'll have the opportunity to work in our well-established store on Nytorgsgatan and also be part of opening our new store in Söderhallarna.
You'll be our face to the world, and we're looking for someone who sees the value in creating memorable experiences for people and meeting them with knowledge and warmth. You're driven by sales and love to "give more candy to the people," something we believe gives our customers a golden touch to life.
As store staff, you play an important role meeting our wonderful customers and their needs daily, taking care of the store, and driving sales.
ABOUT US
At Pärlans Konfektyr, we cook candy, candy sauce, and other sweets using pure, simple ingredients according to classic artisan methods. Quality and craftsmanship are our most important guiding principles in creating new, exciting, and unusually delicious taste experiences through confectionery. Today, our factory with production and offices is located in the Slakthusområdet area south of Stockholm. In addition to our own stores, our products can be purchased from retailers in Sweden and internationally.
Besides our candies, we also have our own soft ice cream in our store, which has become a success – and we manage to break sales records year after year. Now we have a very exciting journey ahead of us with our new store, and we hope you want to be part of it.
WORK TASKS
We're looking for someone with positive energy, the ability to take own initiative, and a solution-oriented approach. You have the ability to see what needs to be done and work independently. To fit in with us, we also believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are thorough, and care about quality. You see it as a given to nurture relationships with our customers and give them the best possible service.
We believe you'll thrive in an environment that can quickly change pace and aren't afraid to jump in where needed. We work toward set budget goals, and we believe you'll be motivated by achieving them.
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 3 years of cash register and sales experience is required
· Fluent Swedish and English are required; additional languages are merits
· Experience with food, café, and hygiene is highly meriting

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT
Part-time, 6-month probationary period.
Start as soon as possible or by agreement. Work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends. We offer collective agreement benefits and wellness contributions.
