Do you have prior welding experience and want to develop further and take the next step in your career? We are now looking for you to participate in our customized trainee program together with Essverk in Grängesberg. The program is designed for you who have basic welding knowledge and want to develop into a qualified welder in a modern industrial environment. This is not a typical training course – it is a clear path toward future employment with Essverk. The training is short and intensive (2 months) and is conducted directly at Essverk. Here theory and practice are combined to give you the knowledge required to work as a welder in their operations. During the training, you are employed by Dala Industrisupport and receive both your theoretical and practical training at Essverk. The goal is that after completing the training, you will begin your journey toward long-term employment with Essverk. About the Program Training Start: November 2, 2026 Duration: 2 months Salary during training period Location: Grängesberg Setup: Combination of practical and theoretical work Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Day shift – later shift rotation.
