Job Responsibilities We're looking for someone who wants to "own" a milling machine or multi-operation machine. Our machine park is updated with several brand new machines, including a new portal milling machine with TNC 7! You'll work on single-piece production and shorter series. Heidenhain programming will be a central part of your work, as will setup and operator maintenance. This means you'll have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop as an operator. You'll participate in continuous improvement work, 5S, and other LEAN activities. Shift work is part of the position. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who completed the training some time ago and has many years of experience with setup and programming from drawings. You want to develop but may have hit a ceiling where you are today. We believe you're someone who enjoys taking responsibility, maintains high quality standards, and likes taking your own initiative when you see something could be done better. You're reliable, work in a structured manner, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and ego doesn't get in the way of doing really good work together.
