I'm a 20-year-old woman looking for a female personal assistant who is passionate about helping others and enjoys finding fun activities throughout the day. I live with my family just outside Borås, in Lockryd/Sandsjönäs. Therefore, a driver's license and access to your own car is a requirement. About the Position The position is approximately 80 percent and work hours consist of: Day shifts 09:00–17:00 Round-the-clock shifts 12:00–09:00, with 6 hours of sleeping on-call Work occurs every day of the week You will work both independently and together with another assistant during double assistance. We're Looking for You If You Are a woman Have a driver's license and access to your own car Can and want to join me for swimming Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Are a warm and trustworthy person with a playful spirit It's a plus if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant, but personal chemistry and willingness to learn are more important. Most importantly, we need to get along well together. A Bit About Me I'm 20 years old and have personal assistance around the clock. For me, personal assistance isn't primarily about care, but about being able to live my life the way I want to. I'm a very active person and enjoy doing things rather than staying indoors. My assistants and I like to take trips in my adapted car, go on long walks where it's possible to move around in a wheelchair, visit the zoo, or grab a coffee. I enjoy music and like meeting new people. I often train in the swimming pool, which I both enjoy and find good for my wellbeing. Therefore, you need to feel comfortable joining me for swimming. I'm very social and communicative, but I don't speak. Therefore, I need help interpreting and communicating what I want to say when I meet people who don't know me. I use a wheelchair and also need help with transfers, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene.
