About the Role As a sales associate with us, you are a key person in our daily operations. You work actively with sales and service, both in-store and B2B. You contribute to creating inspiring store environments where customers get ideas, knowledge, and help finding the right solutions for their home or workplace. We believe in selling through inspiration, storytelling, and complete solutions, not just products and price pressure. Therefore, your ability to listen, understand customer needs, and build trust is crucial. Your tasks include: Active sales and consultation with store customers Create professional, inspiring, and personal customer interactions Contribute to inspiring environments and sales displays Work with our "Good-Better-Best" concept Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and correctly price-marked Unpack goods and build campaigns and activities Contribute to a positive work environment characterized by teamwork, care, and responsibility We're Looking for You Who: Have a genuine interest in interior design, sales, and customer service Enjoy meeting people and building relationships Are positive, engaged, and solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills and contribute to team spirit Take responsibility and like working toward goals It's a merit if you have experience from retail, commerce, or other service operations, but your attitude and willingness to develop is what matters most.
