Then we're looking for you! At Gläntan – our respite care and short-term residential facility in central Mora – we are now recruiting two nursing assistants. Here you'll work with care and support for our residents in an environment where compassion and collaboration are at the center. Responsibilities As a night shift employee, you are responsible for ensuring our residents receive the care and support they need during the night. Your responsibilities include: • Provide safe and professional care to our residents during the night • Perform delegated tasks according to HSL including medication management • Document care work in the management system according to instructions and the National Board of Health and Welfare's recommendations • Collaborate with colleagues and the on-call nurse as needed Qualifications We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with work experience in health and care (preferably care for the elderly). You also need to have: Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Social Services Act (SoL) and Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) and documentation The ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Computer skills relevant to the position If you also have further education in dementia care, palliative care, or mental health? Great plus! Abilities and Skills To succeed in the role of nursing assistant on the night shift, you need to be confident and independent, but also a team player. You are a service-oriented and attentive person who has our residents' needs in focus.
