As part of our team, you help create a safe and smooth experience for our customers. As an auto glass technician, you will: Repair stone chips and replace car windows. Calibrate safety systems after windshield replacement. Welcome customers and contribute to ensuring they have a safe and positive service center experience. Handle administrative tasks such as insurance claims, orders, inventory, and complaints. Contribute to upselling by understanding the customer's overall needs. You don't need any previous experience with auto glass - we provide all the training you need to succeed. Who are you? You are responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented. You enjoy practical work and have a technical interest. You have the ability to build good customer relationships and enjoy service. You follow procedures and have a strong safety mindset. It is a plus if you have experience in service trades, technology, craftsmanship, or insurance claims. Requirements for the position Manual B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good computer skills At least 2 years of work experience As part of the recruitment process, a health examination including a lung function test as well as alcohol and drug testing are required. Working hours and employment type The position is full-time and starts with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday–Friday, typically 07:30–16:30. Location: Hagfors / Torsby, solo work may occur. Work at another service center or location may occur if needed.
