As part of our team, you help create a safe and smooth experience for our customers. In your role as an auto glass technician, you will: Repair stone chips and replace car windows. Calibrate safety systems after windshield replacement. Welcome customers and contribute to them having a safe and positive workshop experience. Handle administrative tasks such as insurance matters, orders, inventory, and complaints. Contribute to upselling by identifying the customer's overall needs. You don't need any prior experience with auto glass – we provide all the training you need to succeed. Who are you? Responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented. Enjoy practical work and have a technical interest. Have the ability to build good customer relationships and enjoy serving customers. Follow procedures and have a strong safety mindset. It's a plus if you have experience in service professions, technology, crafts, or insurance claims. Requirements for the position Manual B driver's license Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills At least 2 years of work experience As part of the recruitment process, a health examination including a lung function test as well as alcohol and drug testing are included. Working Hours and Employment Type This is a full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday–Friday, typically 07:30–16:30. Work at another service center or location may occur as needed.
