Work shifts include day and evening shifts, every other weekend, and so-called "sleeping" on-call nights. As a support assistant, you provide individual and everyday-based support. Your task is to create a safe environment and a meaningful day for our residents through respectful and calm interaction. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and who is passionate about developing care within LSS. You have a natural ability to build relationships and remain calm even in challenging situations. We would like you to have: · Formal qualifications in care and support. · Experience working within LSS. · Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) and good computer skills. · A collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to our positive atmosphere.
