I'm a 25-year-old woman living with my parents in Mark. I'm now looking for a personal assistant who wants to become an important part of my life and give me the support I need to live an active, independent, and meaningful life. In my free time, I enjoy singing in a choir, performing in theater, and going on cozy outings. I also appreciate finding fun activities, both at home and out and about. Together, we'll create a daily life filled with substance, engagement, and meaningful experiences, big and small. I need support throughout the day. What matters most to me is not that you have extensive experience, but that you're a person who is present, calm, and empathetic. You need to be able to read situations, understand my feelings, and give me the right support, whether I'm happy, sad, or need extra reassurance to help me manage strong emotions. You also need to be able to take your own initiative while respecting my needs and my way of communicating. This is an assignment where you have the opportunity to grow together with me. As we get to know each other, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and develop in the role. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a long-term journey where we together create a safe and stable everyday life. We're looking for you if you: Are confident, attentive, and have a warm demeanor. Have patience and can create calm, structure, and security. Enjoy being active and are happy to join activities, outings, and help create meaningful engagement. Have a driver's license and access to your own car, as this is a requirement. Experience as a personal assistant is a merit, but personal suitability is what matters most. About the Position The position starts at approximately 50 percent, and working hours are during the day with the opportunity to gradually increase the employment level if it feels good for both you and me. We see this as a fresh start and are looking for someone who wants to be involved long-term and contribute to building a safe, developmental, and meaningful everyday life.
