I'm a 19-year-old girl who will soon be starting my first job at a daily activity program. I love when things happen and enjoy going on various activities. Since I need a lot of help in my daily life, I have the support of my personal assistants around the clock. Since one of my personal assistants is retiring, I'm looking for a new star to join my team. I don't want to brag, but my assistance coordinator usually says that all assistants really enjoy working with me. They describe me as a ray of sunshine who is very easy to like. Sure, I can have difficult days when my body acts up, but overall I'm a very joyful girl. Would you like to become my personal assistant? The most important thing for me is that you see the possibilities and want to help create a safe, fun, and meaningful everyday life. I hope you're a warm, positive, and responsible person who is good at collaborating. You need to be able to take responsibility and be responsive to my needs, but also be able to contribute something of yourself and have a good sense of humor. Personal suitability is very important to me. About the Position The position is 75% and the working hours are 7:00 AM–9:00 PM. During a three-week period, you work 7 shifts, with work every third weekend. I live approximately 12 miles outside of Umeå, so to be able to get you to and from work, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car. Previous experience with personal assistance or work with people with significant support needs is a merit, but the most important thing is that you're the right person for me and my team.
