Södra Larm Bar & Bistro is located right in the heart of Gothenburg, in Hotel Flora near Grönsakstorget. We welcome hotel guests, Gothenburg locals, and visitors over breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar. We believe in personalized, relaxed service where guests feel welcome – without being stiff or artificial.
We're now hiring a server for weekend shifts. Work is primarily scheduled for Friday evenings and Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of additional shifts as needed, for example during school breaks, vacation periods, and when team members are away.
We believe you:
Love people and have a natural way of making guests feel welcome.
Are interested in food and beverages and understand that great service includes the ability to recommend and sell.
Ideally have prior experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, or other service positions.
Are confident, curious, and take initiative.
Thrive when it's busy and can maintain both energy and a positive attitude when the pace picks up.
Enjoy working as a team – we help each other out and work across boundaries to create a great overall experience for our guests.
Can work regularly on weekends.
