As a treatment educator, you and your colleagues are responsible for supporting the residents in various daily activities to ensure a functioning everyday life, based on each individual's personal goals and circumstances.
We often meet people in crisis, which means you work with qualified motivational support and providing everyday assistance.
Key worker responsibilities are also part of your duties, where you maintain planning, established goals, methods, and other requirements and guidelines based on implementation plans.
Your responsibilities also include documentation, counseling support, and daily practical tasks.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone trained as a treatment educator or with equivalent qualifications as assessed by the employer. You should have at least 2-4 years of experience in equivalent work with our target group and be personally suited for the role.
Since the position involves documentation, we require strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, as well as experience with social documentation.
As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and solution-focused.
You are accustomed to meeting individuals with mental health challenges and have experience working with people in vulnerable situations. Furthermore, you need to be secure, mature, cooperative, and a good role model.
If you have the ability to motivate others through an empathetic and supportive approach, you will thrive with us.

B-driver's license required, as well as a certificate from the police database showing no suspicions or criminal record.
The Position
The positions are full-time with scheduled shifts covering daytime/evening/weekends.
Permanent contracts are preceded by a 6-month probationary period.
