We're looking for you if you enjoy stepping in where you're needed most. Samskapa is starting a new mobile resource team to strengthen our operations in the Southern region. This could mean one day you're working closely with a young person who needs extra support, and the next day you're reinforcing a team where the situation requires more treatment expertise. It's a role with great variety, significant responsibility, and above all, an opportunity to make a real difference in situations where your experience and work approach are truly needed. At Samskapa, we work with young people with extensive and complex issues. This can involve NPF combined with social challenges, relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, and various forms of challenging behaviors. Many of the young people we meet have had numerous contacts with adults and previous interventions that didn't lead to the changes hoped for. That's why we need treatment professionals who can see new possibilities, adapt their work approach, and dare to think outside the box. This is perfect for you if you find the most interesting treatment work is often the work that demands the most from you. About the Role As a treatment professional in the resource team, you'll work across several of Samskapa's facilities. You'll be based in Arlöv, but can work in Hörby, Lund, Malmö, and Arlöv. You need to be able to step into a new facility, assess the situation, and find your role quickly. At the same time, you should be able to create safe and meaningful contact with the young people you meet. The work can include: • Treatment work in the young person's daily life • Individually adapted treatment interventions • Motivation work and supportive conversations • Activities and daily structure • Strengthening existing treatment teams • Collaboration with colleagues, social services, schools, and guardians • Documentation according to applicable legal requirements You'll have significant autonomy and great variety in your daily work. At the same time, Samskapa supports you through accessible leadership, regular supervision, and access to specialist expertise. What Do You Need to Bring? You need to be confident in your professional role and able to make independent decisions when situations require it. You adapt easily and are comfortable with uncertainty about how your day will unfold. You're curious about what drives a young person's behavior and try to understand what might actually help. When something doesn't work, you don't just accept it—you think about what you could do differently. You have an easy time connecting with young people and can be both warm and clear. You can handle strong emotions without losing focus and know when you need to set a firm boundary. In short, we're looking for a treatment professional who wants to use their experience where it's needed most and finds complex treatment assignments stimulating. What We're Looking For • At least two years of post-secondary education in social work or behavioral science • Experience working with young people, preferably in residential care or similar settings • Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written • Driver's license (Category B) We Consider It an Asset If You Have • Experience working with NPF and complex issues • Experience with self-harm, OCD, eating disorders, or other challenging behaviors • Knowledge of low-arousal approaches and experience with threats and violence • Basic knowledge of BBIC • Experience with documentation in journal systems About Samskapa Samskapa offers support and treatment to children, young people, and their families.
