WORK TASKS
As substitute staff in the municipality's preschools, you will participate as part of the work team to ensure that every child is offered safe care and contribute to promoting all children's development and learning. This means that as substitute staff in the preschool, based on the curriculum, you are active in implementing what comes from the work team's planning.
Your working hours are by agreement based on the operations' needs and your preferences. We conduct daytime activities and you make yourself available in a system we use. If you have specific limitations on when you can work, please mention this in your application.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with strong, positive commitment and genuine interest in working with people. You have good interpersonal skills and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with children, guardians, and colleagues in a responsive and flexible manner.
We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education or other education deemed equivalent. The position requires that you are at least 18 years old and have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
It is an advantage if you have passed grades from the children and youth program or other childcare education. Previous experience working with children and youth is highly advantageous. It is also important that you have good computer skills since you will need to handle the facilities' digital tools.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
