Welcome to us! Departments 56 and 58 are located in the same facility and work together. On Department 56, you will work with rehabilitation medicine patients, and on Department 58 with rehabilitation geriatrics and acute geriatrics patients. On 56, we primarily care for working-age patients who have suffered stroke, brain injury, or spinal cord injury. Care aims to help patients achieve increased function with autonomy, activity, and participation in their life situation. On 58, we care for patients with general geriatrics, stroke rehabilitation, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Multimorbid elderly patients make the work interesting, and you will gain broad competence. Since February 2026, Department 58 has had a project with acute geriatric care beds; most patients are admitted directly from the emergency department. Job Responsibilities Working as a nurse on Department 56/58 is exciting work where you meet patients with many complex diagnoses. You will have the opportunity to develop and use your competence in both acute patient care and in assessing nursing and rehabilitation interventions. The pace and tasks will vary during your shifts. You will follow patients for a few days up to several months. We work person-centered as a team. Individual orientation will be offered. Qualifications Qualifications Licensed nurse Meritorious Previous experience working in rehabilitation medicine. Education in rehabilitation medicine. Specialist education in elderly care. Experience from acute geriatrics/acute care department Who Are You? You appreciate challenges and working with different tasks and at a varied pace. You are self-reliant and a reliable person who takes responsibility for your work tasks; you can organize and prioritize your work.
