Attendo is now recruiting substitute/temporary nursing assistants to Attendo Lillgårdsvägen, Tungelsta. The facility has 54 places, with a somatic focus and serves people with dementia. About the role As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a major part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that enrich daily life for our elderly. Your work tasks include, among others: Personal care according to the facility's procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes When needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Qualifications Requirements: Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits Professional certificate from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant. Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Meritorious: Experience from care work in elderly care Experience with delegation Experience working with people with dementia What can we offer you?
