We are now seeking a trained nursing assistant for Lingården who wants to contribute to safe, respectful, and high-quality care. Job Description As a nursing assistant at Lingården, you work to provide high-quality care based on each service user's individual needs and the implementation plan that has been established. You are responsible for personal care, which includes helping with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and support during meals. The work also includes medical care tasks delegated by a registered nurse. An important part of the work is creating a meaningful daily life for our service users. You therefore participate in social activities such as walks, games, and other activities based on the individual's interests and circumstances. You work according to current methods including Senior Alert and BPSD and actively contribute to a preventive and person-centered approach. Documentation is a natural part of the position, and you are responsible for documenting correctly and professionally and reporting deviations when necessary. You also use digital work tools in daily work, for example for documentation and alarm management. The position includes resource time, which means that you may be assigned to work in other departments within the municipality as needed. This requires that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances. The work is partly physically demanding and includes transfers, lifting, awkward working positions, and considerable movement during the workday. You need to be prepared to use stairs and handle, for example, laundry and storage. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Qualification Profile We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You need to have the physical capability to perform the practical aspects of the work safely, including transfers, awkward working positions, and other physically demanding tasks. You need to have sufficient computer and IT skills to document implementation plans, manage alarms, and use mobile phones and other digital tools as part of daily work. The position also involves delegated healthcare tasks, and we therefore see that you have an interest in receiving delegations and can work responsibly with delegated healthcare tasks. Experience from care and nursing work, for example from special housing (SÄBO), is an advantage. As a person, you are confident, stable, and professional in your interactions. You have good self-awareness and can distinguish between the personal and the professional in your relationships. You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and structure your work efficiently. Since the work can change based on the needs of the operations and service users, you need to be flexible and easily adapt to new circumstances. You work well with others, are responsive in your communication, and contribute to good teamwork. We also value that you are service-minded, calm, and attentive and have a genuine desire to help others.
