About the position As a system administrator with us, you will have a key role in developing and managing the Raindance accounting system. You work operationally with tasks such as daily reconciliations, user support, version upgrades, and participation in monthly closings. Part of the role involves improvement and, together with the operations, identifying needs, driving change, and participating in development projects that make a real difference. This announcement concerns a substitute position that extends for one year from the agreement date. For the right person, there is a possibility that the employment will transition into a permanent position. We are looking for you who take initiative and drive your work forward with engagement and curiosity have good analytical ability and enjoy solving problems in a structured way collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive work environment work independently and take responsibility for completing your tasks plan and organize your work efficiently and have an easy time maintaining order even in complex tasks Qualifications Requirements: Secondary education in a college-preparatory program, preferably in Economics, Technology (IT), or Natural Sciences Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written At least 1 year of experience in system administration Experience in user support and incident management Merits: Previous role as administrator of business systems, particularly Raindance Education and experience with accounting processes supported by Raindance, such as accounts receivable and payable, projects, closings, reporting, and fixed assets Knowledge of e-invoices and integration with invoice exchange Experience with procurement processes and work with RPA Post-secondary education in Economics or IT (data/computer science) Experience with file-based system integration Experience with SQL Experience with requirements and testing methodologies, project work, and work in larger organizations About the recruitment process Selection work will begin after the final application deadline.
