Your New Job We are seeking a system administrator for Höglandet's operations support. As a system administrator, you are responsible for providing operations with professional and service-oriented support by working in first-line support. You work closely with users and system administrators to ensure that systems are used safely, efficiently, and appropriately. Through structured work methods, you contribute to high quality in system information and ensure that operations' needs are met in the best way possible. In this role, you work with all systems managed by Höglandet's operations support. You receive, troubleshoot, and resolve simple support tickets as well as provide user support and guidance in the systems. You handle permission requests according to established procedures, register and manage resources, and update and quality-assure information in the systems. The work also includes manual data entry from lists, Excel files, and other documents. You will also support our fee administrators in their work with billing care and welfare fees to residents in Aneby, Eksjö, and Nässjö municipalities. When issues require further handling, you forward them to system administrators or fee administrators. You also actively contribute to developing and improving procedures and work methods based on incoming tickets and operational needs. An important part of your assignment is to ensure that work is performed according to applicable guidelines, processes, and documentation, and that the quality of manually entered data maintains a high standard. About You We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education in care and welfare, administration, IT, or economics, or equivalent experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have good IT skills and feel comfortable working in different systems and digital tools. The role requires that you have basic knowledge of social services legislation and that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is an advantage if you have experience working with operational systems and if you have previously worked with administrative tasks or support. As a person, we are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a genuine interest in helping others. You treat users professionally, calmly, and accommodatingly, and always strive to find solutions that meet operational needs. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with both users, colleagues, and system administrators. The role requires that you are organized. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work efficiently while ensuring that information and data maintain high quality. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks, while knowing when you need to involve others to achieve the best results. We are looking for someone who is flexible and adapts easily to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in change and can quickly adjust when operational needs or priorities shift. Since you will be handling various types of support tickets and administrative tasks, it is important that you have good problem-solving skills. You can analyze situations, identify the causes of problems, and work methodically to find appropriate solutions. You also have good communication skills and can adapt your communication to the recipient and situation, and feel confident in interactions with users at different levels in the organization. About Us Höglandet's System Administration is the member organizations' shared function for management, development, and coordination of common systems. The mission is to ensure through collaboration, standardization, and a holistic approach a legally secure, appropriate, and efficient system support to operations in our five member municipalities: Aneby, Eksjö, Nässjö, Sävsjö, and Vetlanda. The unit is located in central Nässjö together with Höglandförbundet's system administrators. Within the department, there is also Höglandet's finance services, with which you as a system administrator will also work closely. Good to Know This position is a temporary substitute role with potential for extension. The position is based in Nässjö, and once you have become comfortable with the work, there is an opportunity to work remotely part of the time.
