Your Assignment The Human Resources Department consists of 16 colleagues, of whom 10 work in payroll. Together, we support all of Nacka Municipality's operations so that Nacka can be an attractive employer with skilled, proud, and motivated employees. We drive, develop, and deliver services in payroll and HR administration, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and excellent service. We are now seeking a substitute for one year to work alongside your colleagues on the entire payroll process for all operations within Nacka Municipality. You ensure that laws and agreements are followed so that correct wages are paid on time – and that the correct costs are charged to the right place. The role includes, among other things: Providing support and service to managers and employees on payroll and contract matters through our shared support function via a case management system, phone, and meetings Taking responsibility for some specialized payroll areas together with a colleague Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements and labor law from a payroll perspective Driving continuous improvements and smarter ways of working through digitalization It's simply more than just "pushing a button" Is This You? Your Experience We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary vocational education in payroll or equivalent experience as a payroll specialist Good IT and digitalization skills and interest in working smarter with system support Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious Experience with independent, qualified payroll work and preferably within municipal operations or other large, complex organizations Good knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements from a payroll perspective Knowledge of the collective agreement General Provisions (AB) Experience with Personec P We Offer A one-year substitute position where you have the opportunity to work in a municipality that aspires to be the best in Sweden at being a municipality, with openness and diversity as its vision and a fundamental value of trusting people's knowledge, will, and abilities.
