We perform regular facilities maintenance and periodic upkeep in schools, preschools, sports halls, special housing facilities, and office spaces. WORK DUTIES As a facilities cleaner, you are responsible for planning and performing facilities maintenance according to the operation's procedures and quality requirements. The work requires that you can work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure good quality and service. You have ongoing contact with the personnel of the operations and contribute to professional treatment in daily work. The work can be performed at different workplaces within the municipality based on the operation's needs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have experience in facilities maintenance and can work independently with both daily cleaning and periodic upkeep. Facilities maintenance training, such as SRY or PRYL, as well as experience with facilities maintenance in public environments are merits. As a person, you are quality-conscious, thorough, and have good interpersonal skills. You enjoy collaborating with others while being able to plan and organize your work independently. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You need to have basic knowledge of Swedish and a category B driver's license.
