Iljanbodaskolan and Kolarängskolan are two primary schools that form one unit. The unit also has an adapted primary school with approximately 36 students. Kolarängskolan is located in Norra Kallhäll and has grades F-6 with approximately 470 students. Iljansbodaskolan is located in Stäket and has grades F-4 with approximately 100 students. You will work at a very pleasant unit together with dedicated and responsible colleagues. We have a well-functioning collegial learning environment. The students have good goal achievement. Students and staff have good access to digital tools. The climate is characterized by safety and work peace. We have low staff turnover among both employees and school management. DUTIES Class teacher responsibility for a class in elementary school where you plan instruction, teach the students, and follow up and assess your teaching and student results. You also work to create and maintain relationships with students and guardians. Collaborate with the grade-level work team regarding planning of instruction and joint assessment. Participate actively in ongoing meetings. Take responsibility, not only for your class but also for ensuring high quality in the school as a whole. QUALIFICATIONS You are independent in your work. You reflect on and evaluate your instruction. You communicate well with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible during your workday. You collaborate well with others. You take your own initiative and recognize the needs of the operation. Employment Type: Fixed-term position. Duration: 3-6 months, start: Immediately.
