The position may lead to longer-term substitute work or permanent employment at one of our partner schools.
With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes the position ideal to combine with studies. You can also work five days a week if you want to work full-time.
About the role
As a school substitute teacher, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Your assignment can vary between teaching according to lesson plans, being a resource person in the classroom, or supporting individual students. You create safety, structure, and a positive learning environment for the students, regardless of the assignment's length.

After-school care
Preschool class
Elementary school (grades F–9)
With us, you are always personally matched to assignments that fit your competencies and experience. You have a personal contact with us who supports you before, during, and after work. Of course, you'll receive an introduction before you start.
Qualifications and characteristics
We're looking for someone who:
· Has completed upper secondary education
· Has very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
· Has the ability to lead a class in a safe and clear manner
· Has started studies at post-secondary level and/or has other relevant experience working with children and youth such as involvement in sports organizations or similar youth activities
· Wants to be a positive role model for students
· Is ready to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others
· Can work at least 3 days per week (for students at least 1 day/week)
· Is committed to following through on your commitments
