In your role as Quality Manager, you will be part of the sector management and are organizationally placed directly under the Sector Director. You will become part of a competent team consisting of Quality Managers, Operations Developers, Operations Managers, Method Developers, Researchers, and the Sector Director. In this role, you will be an important key person in our systematic quality work where you, together with your colleagues, work to develop, strengthen, follow up on, and improve operations in a long-term and sustainable way. The work includes office hours, set weekdays 08.00–17.00 with the possibility of flexible working hours. The position is a 1-year temporary assignment with a start date by agreement. As a Quality Manager, you will be a close support to the Sector Director and work based on the administration's quality management system. Your task is to ensure that operations meet legal requirements, political goals, and quality standards, as well as to systematically follow up on, analyze, and develop quality within the sector. You work on following up and analyzing feedback and deviations, as well as ensuring that these lead to improvement measures. The role also includes formulating and updating procedures, developing self-controls, and ensuring compliance with laws and quality requirements. You act as a process leader in the sector's work, which encompasses all interventions within LSS and social psychiatry. Furthermore, you support the Sector Director and Operations Managers in ensuring that processes are current and used in operations, as well as in work with risk analyses and operations planning. You lead and develop the sector's processes and collaborate with other actors to create and improve collaboration procedures. The assignment also includes training managers in the management system Stratsys, conducting environmental monitoring, and contributing materials to reports such as quality reports, patient safety reports, and annual reports. You also collect data for various follow-ups and participate in administration-wide forums where you contribute your expertise in quality work. Common Tasks Responsible for ongoing quality work. Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations. Plan and conduct internal audits and follow-ups. Handle deviations and improvement measures. Prepare and conduct presentations in various forums. Document and report quality-related results. Plan workshops to inform and train unit managers. Support unit managers in certain operations and quality-related issues. Support operations in matters regarding quality and development. Your Competence Requirements University degree that the employer finds relevant for the position. Good communication skills in speech and writing. Good computer skills. Category B driver's license. Meritorious Experience in quality work. Good ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work. Good ability to cooperate and collaborate. Good experience working in our digital systems Stratsys, Canea, and Viva. Great weight will be given to personal suitability.
