Your role As a substitute physiotherapist, you're an important part of our rehabilitation team. You work with a person-centered approach based on each individual's conditions, needs, and goals. Together with the patient, you find solutions that create the conditions for as active and independent a life as possible. The work is varied and includes assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy interventions, following up on rehabilitation, and testing or recommending assistive devices. You work closely with occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, nurses, care staff, and other professionals to create safe and cohesive rehabilitation. The human interaction is a central part of the work. You need to be able to listen, motivate, and meet each person where they are. Sometimes it's about helping someone return to an activity after illness or injury; sometimes it's about finding new opportunities when circumstances have changed. Your knowledge and experience We're looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist. We'd appreciate it if you have experience working in municipal primary care or similar activities, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be confident in your profession, take responsibility, and have a genuine interest in people. You need to be able to work independently, make your own assessments, and at the same time be good at collaborating with others. We also value that you're flexible, solution-oriented, and able to adapt your approach based on the individual's needs and circumstances. A Category B driver's license is required for the position. A criminal record extract is required for the position.
