Substitute Pharmacist for Municipal Health and Care Services

Responsibilities Would you like to contribute to strengthening the pharmacist's role in municipal health and care services? Our unit has been active for three years and is now seeking a new colleague who wants to help drive development forward. Together we work to ensure better health and care services for our patients. This is a temporary position starting by agreement and extending until May 30, 2025. As a pharmacist in Gothenburg City, you will perform medication reviews upon enrollment in municipal health and care services, assist with annual check-ups, and provide support on medication-related questions in our operations. You will take on significant independent responsibility and work patient-focused in collaboration with a team of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and physicians. As your foundation, you have a team of pharmacists that is coordinated and supported by a unit manager with pharmaceutical expertise. Welcome to become part of an engaged team. Qualifications We are looking for you who is a licensed pharmacist and has at least two years of experience working at a pharmacy, in clinical pharmacy, or in municipal health and care services. It is also advantageous if you have a driver's license, but it is not a requirement. It is also important that you as a person are flexible and can reprioritize when needed. We are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment where the assignment develops in line with the operations' needs. Furthermore, you see improvement opportunities in your daily work and have a genuine interest in development work and quality issues, and take initiative to drive these matters forward.
