Responsibilities
We are now seeking an interim investigator/director's secretary who wants to contribute to the development of our operations. With us, you will have a central and independent role where you drive qualified investigations, are responsible for the annual process linked to the board, and have overall responsibility for the records register and archival plan.
In your role as director's secretary, you will be responsible for planning the board meetings, quality assurance of documents, preparation of meeting notices, and record-keeping at board meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring that materials and documentation are completed on time.
Your role includes serving as security coordinator and data protection officer for the federation and coordinating and driving processes related to this. You may also participate in various groups both within the federation, with member municipalities, and in the region where you represent the federation.
You will work independently in your role with the federation director as your immediate supervisor. Since we are a small organization, the role also includes being secretary in certain forums and supporting the principals by preparing materials and statistics.
Qualifications
Requirements:
You have a relevant academic degree. For example, in political science, law, public administration, or equivalent
You have experience with municipal governance and management processes
You have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
Meriting qualifications:
You have experience working at the administrative level in a politically governed organization
You have experience with qualified investigative work at strategic level and have worked with official statements as decision-making materials
Experience with upper secondary and adult education
Experience working as a board or director's secretary
Knowledge of records management, archival regulations, and the development of archival plans
Personal qualities:
You are strategic with a good ability to analyze complex situations, can express yourself well verbally and in writing, and have the ability to build good relationships
You work in a structured manner and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

You have a strong interest in societal issues and have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within given deadlines
