Do you want to make a real difference for young people while developing alongside committed colleagues? We are now seeking substitute treatment assistants for WeMind HVB Evia who can work as needed. About the Position As a substitute with us, you are an important part of the young people's daily lives and contribute to a safe, structured, and developmentally supportive treatment environment. You work according to our interaction strategies and treatment model with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The work includes, among other things: Supporting young people in daily routines, school, and activities. Planning and conducting recreational activities. Creating structure around meals, waking up, and bedtime. When interested and experienced, participating in treatment interventions together with our psychologists and working as a contact person. This is a substitute position with work as needed. We are primarily looking for someone with good availability on weekdays and the ability to work around-the-clock shifts on weekdays. There may also be work in the evenings and on weekends. Flexibility and the ability to step in on short notice are therefore advantageous. About the Workplace HVB Evia serves boys ages 13–19 who have a neuropsychiatric diagnosis or are in need of evaluation. Often, young people also have other psychiatric issues such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, social phobia, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder. The HVB home is located in a beautiful and easily accessible area near bus stops, with only about 20 minutes by public transport to Stockholm Central Station. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, is creative, and wants to contribute their own ideas in an operation where development is the focus. We Are Looking for You If You Have training as a social pedagogue or similar equivalent to two years of full-time study. In your application, we ask that you upload a certificate of completed education. Have a driver's license (Category B), which is a requirement to work with us. Can provide an extract from the criminal record register. Are committed, stable, and solution-focused and have a genuine interest in working with young people. Have good availability to work weekdays, preferably around-the-clock shifts on weekdays. Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends as needed. It is advantageous if you have experience from HVB, LSS, or similar operations. Previous experience with ABA is not a requirement – we value above all curiosity and willingness to learn.
