WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a childcare worker at Skogsbrynets Preschool, you will be part of a team that works based on current governing documents and guidelines for preschools. Together as a team, you will work toward children's development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with childcare worker training/certification from a children and leisure program. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, resourceful, and goal-oriented with an approach that adapts to different situations. A positive attitude is essential. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You treat children, guardians, and colleagues professionally and can easily build good relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to children's language development, so strong Swedish language skills are a requirement, both spoken and written. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
