We are now seeking a childcare provider for a full-time substitute position during the upcoming school year. About Us Stentrollet is a small preschool with a central location in Växjö. We take advantage of our central location by regularly visiting the library, parks, cultural activities, and other places in the neighborhood as a natural part of our educational program. Time outdoors is also an essential and important part of our activities. As a parent cooperative, the facility is operated by an economic association where parents are responsible for the association's operations through the board and various working groups. The educational activities are led by trained staff. The close collaboration with families creates engagement and good conditions for children's development and learning. About the Position You will become part of a small team with short decision-making processes and great opportunities to make an impact. Together, we plan, implement, and develop our educational program with the children's best interests in focus. The work includes, among other things: creating a safe and inspiring environment for all children collaborating closely with colleagues and parents contributing ideas and commitment to daily work actively participating with the team in planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and educational activities planning and conducting development conversations together with the responsible preschool teacher Who We Are Looking For Since we are a small facility, it is important that you are comfortable taking responsibility for the whole and appreciate helping each other when the facility needs it. We are looking for someone who is: safe, warm, and respectful in interactions with children, colleagues, and parents takes responsibility and sees what needs to be done enjoyed working collaboratively in a small team flexible and appreciates helping each other contributes with ideas, commitment, and work enthusiasm We place great emphasis on personal suitability and how you complement our team. Qualifications We are primarily looking for someone with childcare training or other pedagogical education. We would like to see that you are well familiar with the preschool curriculum and that you have experience planning and implementing instruction.
