Job Description
Working as a substitute means that you replace regular educators for shorter or longer periods. You participate in the educational activities together with the team. The work tasks include, among other things, work with children's language development, leading smaller groups of children with a focus on each child's needs, and contributing to a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is flexible and wants to work as a substitute across our three preschools. You are confident and stable with a warm and positive attitude toward the world around you. You find it easy to collaborate with others and you enjoy taking personal responsibility. You always put the children first and you prioritize being a present, playful and communicative educator. We value good relationships between everyone at the preschool and you should be friendly, attentive and curious in your interactions with others. You should be familiar with the preschool curriculum.
