Assistant Facility Manager at SATS 💪 Do you love working with people and ensuring everything runs smoothly? As an Assistant Facility Manager at SATS, you support the Facility Manager in the daily operations of the gym, with a strong focus on cleanliness, sales, and member service. Your job is to ensure that the gym is welcoming, well-maintained, and provides the best experience for our members. When the Facility Manager is away, you take over responsibility for keeping everything running as usual. If you enjoy an active and varied role where no two days are the same, this could be the job for you! We're looking for someone who can work 100%, a three-year temporary contract. Varying hours and weekends. Start date as soon as possible. Your responsibilities: 🌟 Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all surfaces are cleaned, well-maintained, and meet SATS high standards. Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Provide outstanding member service: Be present at the gym and reception, answer questions, and ensure every member feels appreciated. Support daily operations: Help with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Work flexible hours: Your shifts can vary between early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to ensure the best possible presence at the gym.
