About Us One of our occupational therapists is taking a well-deserved parental leave. We are therefore seeking an occupational therapist for a temporary assignment during that time. Forenede Care provides home healthcare on behalf of Uppsala Municipality and serves people 65+. We work person-centered and in cross-professional teams where you collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff. Here you receive close support from both colleagues and management – and the opportunity to influence and develop in your role. Your Role As an occupational therapist in home care, you will have varied and independent work where you, among other things: Conduct ADL and mobility assessments Assess needs for home adaptations Prescribe and trial assistive devices Support care recipients in maintaining and developing their abilities Guide care staff and participate in care planning You will be a key person in the team and work closely with "your" home care group. Who Are You?
