We are now seeking an employment consultant for a temporary position.
Your Responsibilities
As an employment consultant, you will implement LSS and SoL decisions. You will map out the individual's life situation and needs together with the person and their network to ensure the provision of services. Together you will plan to reach mutual agreements.
You will secure internships and permanent positions in the open labor market or within other activities and introduce the individual to these opportunities. You will provide continuous support and ensure workplace contacts, adapt the workplace, strengthen and develop the individual. You are responsible for informing employers about the Act on Support and Services, and together with the individual, you will inform about their disability.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in the social sector or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You also need to have several years of experience working with this target group. For this position, you also need a Class B driver's license and experience driving a manual transmission vehicle.
It is advantageous if you have prior experience in similar activities, an extensive network within the local business community, and knowledge of various disabilities.
You have great commitment to both young people and adults who need support to move forward toward the labor market or education. You are good at making new contacts and have a high degree of attentiveness, empathy, and collaboration skills. You are naturally organized, self-directed, and a good role model.
We will place great emphasis on your personal maturity and ability to function within the work team.
