Solgården Special Housing is now seeking hourly substitutes where you will make a difference in someone's daily life. You'll get active, exciting, and varied work that gives you lifelong experience! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has the ability to meet our residents' needs. The work involves meeting people who need your help, your support, and your commitment based on their life situation. Your tasks include providing good care and service to our residents according to their individual needs and paying attention to their need for support and companionship. You will also perform certain health and medical care tasks following instruction and delegation from a nurse. We offer thorough introduction so you feel secure. Qualifications To thrive with us, you have an interest in working with people. We prefer that you have education in nursing care, but it is not required. Experience with similar work is an advantage. Svedala Municipality is looking for someone who is secure, responsible, and has an interest in working with people in need of care and welfare. You have an understanding of the importance of participation and influence in daily life. Are you responsible, do you take on new challenges in a positive way, and do you have the ability to see each individual's unique needs? Then we're looking for you! In your work, good cooperation with colleagues, residents, relatives, and managers is very important. You must be over 18 years old to work in our operations. Since communication and documentation are part of your work tasks, we require good computer skills and Swedish proficiency in both speech and writing.
