The role involves being a helpful hand in her daily life. Your tasks include everyday household chores, help with personal hygiene, shopping, etc. We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, and has a positive attitude. Since there are cats in the home, it is a requirement that you are not allergic and that you are comfortable with animals. You need to have a driver's license and your own car, and you need to be able to speak fluent Swedish. Previous experience in personal assistance or similar service work is a plus, but we place greatest emphasis on your personal suitability. Working hours include overnight shifts, evening shifts, and day shifts. We follow current collective agreements. We welcome your application! Approximately 70 individuals with support needs have chosen Rullarnas as their provider, and the operation has a total of approximately 350 employees. Since 2011, Rullarnas has been authorized by IVO, the Inspectorate for Health and Care, to provide personal assistance. Rullarnas' goal is to provide both clients and staff with the best possible conditions to feel secure in their roles. Rullarnas' vision is to offer more users personal assistance of high quality where the personal assistants' competence and development are highly prioritized. Rullarnas shall arrange personal assistance in accordance with LSS intentions and is committed to delivering assistance of the highest quality while always respecting the client's wishes and the assistants' employment conditions.
