The School and Education Administration in Skurup Municipality consists of 10 preschools, 8 primary schools and after-school programs, as well as upper secondary school and adult education. Our operations are spread throughout the municipality and we have activities in the town center as well as in Slimmingeby, Rydsgård, Skivarp, and Abbekås. 20 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a substitute, you will serve as a replacement when regular staff are absent and as additional support when extra resources are needed. With us, you will become part of a work team that works together based on the curriculum, where you will experience different working methods. The tasks vary, but close contact with children, students, educators, and guardians permeates the assignment, as does the preschool's values. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone with a childcare worker certification or preschool teacher degree. The position also suits you if you want to work extra alongside other studies, or if you want to try working in these activities to gain experience in educational work before a future education. The assignment as a whole means that you replace regular staff on short notice, often the same morning, when they need to be absent. You should be interested in and have good pedagogical ability to work with children of all ages in preschool. You should have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues. You should have good interaction with children and guardians. You should be engaged and independently perform routine tasks in the preschool. You should be able to communicate easily in Swedish, both spoken and written. To succeed in this role, you possess a high degree of flexibility, availability, and good adaptability. - Flexible: You easily adapt to unexpected situations and take responsibility in a positive way. - Availability: You are easy to reach and can work at least twice a week. - Good adaptability: You are attuned to social situations and understand what people are expressing. You are unpretentious and easily take on different roles in a workplace. It is advantageous if you have experience working with children. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car, as some preschools can be difficult to reach otherwise. Mandatory background check required to work with minors.
