Substitute Needed for Specialized School

As a substitute in a specialized school, you will have an important role in creating safety, inclusion, and development opportunities for our students. You will work closely with students who have various functional variations, often in combination with intellectual disabilities, and provide support, care, and assistance based on each student's individual needs. The assignment includes actively participating in the school's and after-school program's activities. You will support students during instruction, breaks, meals, and various activities throughout the school and after-school day. The work also involves motivating, guiding, and creating conditions for students' learning, communication, independence, and social development. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience working in specialized schools, LSS services, respite care, or similar activities, or knowledge of the target group in another way. You are reliable, responsible, and have a professional approach. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have a genuine interest in supporting and developing children and young people with special needs. Education as a teaching assistant, childcare worker, or other relevant training is an asset but not required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and experience.
