We're looking for someone who takes time to listen to your client's needs and is attentive and humble. You're confident in your professional role and have a professional approach. We appreciate if you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions when needed based on the person's needs and wishes. You have a good sense of humor and the ability to read the situation of the person you're working with.
