Are you flexible, service-oriented, and enjoy varying work days? We are now looking for a substitute who can step in when needed and help out in different parts of our operations. About the Position As a substitute with us, you will be an important part of the team. You step in when regular staff are sick or on leave and may also be offered extra shifts during peak season or when the operation needs reinforcement. Working hours vary depending on need and may include both weekdays and weekends. Job Responsibilities The work tasks vary and may include: Preparing and serving breakfast. Welcoming and assisting our guests. Cleaning rooms and common areas. Helping with dishes, kitchen, and other practical tasks. Performing simple administrative tasks and other work duties that occur in daily operations. We Are Looking for You If You Are flexible and can step in with short notice. Enjoy providing good service and creating a pleasant experience for our guests. Are responsible, thorough, and self-motivated. Work well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Are willing to help where needed. Experience from hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, cafés, or other service operations is a merit, but we place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to learn.
