NyKraft is a privately owned company within LSS (disability services) that provides personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal connection, which is why most of our customers and employees are based in Falkenberg. Our goal is to offer more personalized personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you receive individual assistance that is tailored together with the customer according to their needs. The customer is involved in recruitment and the final choice of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. About the job: We are now seeking temporary staff for our customer just south of Varberg. Work shifts are scheduled as day 07-16, evening 16-23, awake nights 23-07, or 24-hour shifts 09-09. This is a double-staffed assignment, which means you will always work with one other person simultaneously. We are looking for someone between 25-35 years old with great social competence who likes a relaxed atmosphere and preferably has a humorous relationship with your customer and colleagues. The customer prefers male applicants, but personality and compatibility are most important. Duties: Working as a personal assistant is varied and can change greatly from day to day. It also means having meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This can include, for example, getting dressed, cooking, taking a walk, or other things that are essential for daily life to function. As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you work for. The profession demands high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work based on the customer's focus and wishes is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant. Since there is significant care need, we would like you to have experience in this area, but it is not a requirement as long as you feel comfortable in such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with training for delegated tasks. It is advantageous if you have a sports interest, as it is common to watch sports such as hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the customer. Qualifications: • You are calm and clear in your approach and communication • Very good Swedish language skills both spoken and written, as giving and receiving instructions from the customer is part of the role • Driver's license (B category) Meritorious: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience in care and welfare work Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
