Substitute/Team Leader Wanted for Personal Assistance Team in Åhus. Ref#: 226-2026

I am a sports-loving 50-year-old man living in a pleasant small house with an easy-to-maintain garden in the calm and beautiful town of Åhus. I'm now looking for you to work as a personal assistant and be an important part of making my daily life function in a good and secure way. I'm looking for a substitute on an as-needed basis and someone interested in taking on the role of team leader for the assistance group. As a team leader, you'll have the responsibility to coordinate and lead the group in day-to-day work. In your role as an assistant, you'll help me structure my day and support me with my household. The work is varied and can include everything from practical tasks around the home and garden to helping with planning and daily routines. I'm a calm and friendly person, but I have a mental disability that sometimes causes me to experience auditory hallucinations. It's therefore important that you're attentive, patient, and secure in yourself. I want you to motivate and encourage me, as I need to exercise and be active daily. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand me, but I have access to a speech synthesizer to assist with communication. About the Work Full 24-hour shifts from 08:00–08:00 6 hours of sleeping on-call duty during the night You'll become part of a small team of 5 assistants, several of whom have worked with me for a long time Who Are You? You have respect for personal integrity and easily adapt to different situations.
