We are now looking for a flexible temporary employee for our operations in Luleå. This position is perfect for you if you, for example, are studying part-time, already have another job, or simply want to work extra when the need arises. About the Position As a sales distributor for Pågen, you ensure that our fresh bread reaches stores and is available on shelves when customers arrive. Your responsibilities include: Driving one of our distribution routes and delivering bread to stores. Stocking and displaying our products in stores. Handling returns and checking inventory and freshness. Interacting with store staff and providing good service. Helping ensure our products are well visible and accessible to customers. The work is independent, mobile, and sometimes physically demanding. Work days often start early in the morning. Varying Hours This is a temporary position where you work as needed, for example during planned leave, illness, or other staffing shortages. This means we cannot specify or guarantee a fixed number of working hours. The number of shifts can vary between different weeks and periods. Shifts may occur on weekdays and Saturdays, as we distribute fresh bread Monday through Saturday each week. Sometimes you may need to work with relatively short notice. Travel May Be Required This position is based in Luleå, which is where you will primarily work. In cases of extreme staffing shortages, you may also need to travel to cover needs in other locations within our area – from Umeå in the south to Kiruna in the north. This is not part of daily work, but you need to be open to traveling and occasionally staying overnight when operations require it. For such assignments, Pågen covers travel and accommodation according to current procedures. We Are Looking for Someone Who Holds at least a B-level driver's license. Is flexible and can work both weekdays and some Saturdays. Is responsible, self-driven, and service-oriented. Enjoys active work and early mornings. Finds it easy to meet people and build good relationships. Can organize your work and stay calm when circumstances change. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently. A C-level driver's license and valid YKB are advantageous but not required. Experience in distribution, retail, sales, or similar service work is also advantageous.
