Metapontums grundskola is an independent school for grades F-9 with approximately 620 students. The school has profiles in music and mathematics and also offers nationally recruiting specialized mathematics education for grades 7-9. About the Position Working as a substitute teacher primarily means substituting for regular staff as needed. The length of the assignment may vary and working hours are by agreement based on the school's needs and your preferences. You should be able to substitute with short notice as well as for planned absences. Substitute work, daytime, as needed. Hourly wage. Start date by agreement. As a substitute teacher with us, you should primarily have a genuine interest in children and young people. You find it easy to build good relationships, are confident in yourself, have a positive view of people, and can set boundaries when necessary. As a person, you are engaged, flexible, organized, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. You find it easy to follow instructions and can create a good and safe learning environment. We would like to see that you have education and/or relevant work experience working with children and young people. To be able to communicate with colleagues and students, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
