Duties As a care worker in home care, you work based on the client's individual needs, wishes, and support decisions. Tasks include, among other things, personal care, assistance with meals, social interaction, and documentation. Medical tasks may occur following delegation from licensed healthcare personnel and after completing introduction and internal training. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: has experience in care work is comfortable with documentation and using various systems in your work speaks, writes, and understands Swedish can cycle A driver's license (Category B) is a REQUIREMENT. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other Information Prior to a potential employment, you must be able to provide a valid photo ID. For work in homes with elderly persons, you must also provide an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register upon request from the employer.
