We are now looking for substitutes who can work as needed for a cheerful and social woman in her best years, living in Landskrona. As a substitute, you will step in when regular assistants are absent, both on weekdays, weekends, and for longer shifts, including overnight on-call duty. You will play an active role in the woman's daily life – both at home and during activities, outings, and meetings with family and friends. It is a merit if you share the woman's interest in crafts, animals, and outings. Experience and Qualifications: Dedicated, flexible, and reliable Warm and respectful attitude toward work and the person you assist Good collaboration skills Communicative and attentive Responsible and confident in your role Respectful and pleasant in your interactions Willing to develop within the field Good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious experience: Experience in personal assistance and/or work within care and welfare is desirable to best meet the woman's needs.
