Job Duties As a substitute, your work duties stem from the young people's individual needs for care and support. The work includes, among other things: guidance in daily life through clear structure, routines, and pedagogy support in activities and social contexts crisis processing and supportive conversations documentation and record-keeping in the organization's systems daily residential tasks cooperation with schools, social services, child and adolescent psychiatric care, and other relevant stakeholders The work always focuses on the young people's best interests and from a holistic perspective. Qualifications We are looking for someone who wants to work with children and young people with functional variations. Experience working with mental health issues and/or LSS 9:8 is a merit, but not a requirement. You are, for example, trained as: assistant nurse social worker treatment pedagogue social pedagogue in healthcare, education, and care or similar As a person, you are confident in your adult role, can make independent decisions, and enjoy collaboration. You are flexible, solution-focused, and able to quickly adapt to new ways of working. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as well as some computer skills are merits.
