About the role As a Facility Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning in the customer's facilities, as well as with other tasks that may arise, such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. We may also be seeking part-time employees at a lower level of service hours. This means you should have a high level of service, good overview of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You have an aptitude for building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have an ability to collaborate since the work can be both independent and in groups. We would like to see that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you speak Swedish fluently. Upper secondary education is a requirement.
